Jamestown Public Schools welcomed Scarlet Sails Youth Orchestra from Perm Russia! Twenty five students, 11 to 18 years of age, and fifteen adults visited our school district from March 24 to April 9, 2003. They attended classes at Washington, Jefferson and Persell Middle Schools, and JHS. The orchestra performed, participated in our district evaluation festival and fiddle workshop, explored the Western New York area and our Jamestown attractions.
