In September of 2009, Persell Middle School of Jamestown, NY will begin its “Home Base” program. This program will focus on character education, high expectations, and increasing the morale of both students and staff alike.  This website will house any lessons, a link to the daily announcements, and have contact information for the Character Education Committee.  Thank you for visiting!
