There are no Computer Services Specialist openings
When there are openings the requirements are listed below:

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Data Processing, Computer Science, Computer Programming, Information Resource Management, Business Administration or related field AND 2 years experience in computer operation/programming
or
Associates degree in above described education AND 4 years experience
or
6 years experience in computer operation/programming

This is a Civil Service related job and candidate must be on the current list or already hold the title.
