Mandatory requirement of a High School diploma,
and attendance of all school bus 19A training sessions,
as well as passing a physical performance test.

Bus monitors (even substitutes)ride the school bus in the morning and in the afternoon with the students.
A minimum of 4 hours and can possibly be 6 hours of employment daily.
