As a relative newcomer to Jamestown High School I have been very impressed by the opportunities available to our students. In addition to the rigorous core curriculum, there is an extensive set of Advanced Placement courses, as well as a variety of career and technical education courses and a rich selection of courses in the arts and music. The technology available to our students and staff is outstanding. Quality athletic, musical and other extracurricular activities provide students with a wealth of opportunities outside of the classroom.

Also impressive is the talent and dedication of all of the staff. Our school is clean and well-maintained, behavioral expectations are clearly communicated and enforced, and teachers enthusiastically prepare and implement the curriculum.
