What is the Shared Decision-Making Team?

Our team is made up of representatives of all of the stakeholder groups impacting our school. We have been charged with improving the achievement of our students. Addressing academics, culture, and climate, we strive to examine current data and feedback from parents, children, and staff, analyze educational trends, and recommend action steps to create a culture of continuous improvement.
