I started working for the Jamestown Public School district in the Information Services Department as a Computer Services Specialist in September of 2006. I am originally from Olean, NY and have lived in Phoenix, AZ as well as Cape Coral, FL. Up until this point my background was technical support of Windows based operating systems and peripherals. I was and still am excited to learn and experience the Mac side of the tech support universe, and I am grateful to Ray Monahan for giving me just this kind of opportunity here at JPS. I have held several jobs in tech support and must say that Jamestown Public Schools is extremely lucky to have such a knowledgeable, flexible and caring group of people in their IS Dept. I have never looked forward to coming to work at a job as much as I do here at JPS, and much of that is attributed to my co-workers and the people we support each day. Thank you JPS!
